Handyman Services
We provide contracted (routinely provided) services in the maintenance area for homeowners associations and property owners associations as specified by the agreed upon scope of work.
The general public may also hire us for repairs on an on-call basis. Services offered include:
US Resort Mannagement also specializes in routine property inspections. We can inspect your home or condo on a regular schedule during the off-season (or year-round if you prefer) to ensure that all systems are in working order and that there are no problems at your property.

- Painting – interior or exterior
- Tree removal or treatment
- Wallpaper hanging
- Heating, air conditioning and ventilation
