ABOUT U.S. RESORT MANAGEMENT (USRM)
USRM is a full-service property management company servicing the lake area for over 20 years. USRM currently manages fourteen homeowner’s association’s condos along with the docks and garages. USRM provides; Accounting, general maintenance, cleaning and other services ala carte to some associations. The firm’s administration office and maintenance warehouse are located in Lake Ozark. USRM also has a 24/7 emergency number available to all managed associations.
PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS – USRM has licensed and certified personnel on staff throughout the companies departments. All employees are carefully trained and many seek and participate in specific-area training education programs.

FULL SERVICE means all functions provided “in-house” for lower rates. USRM has a maintenance warehouse with a full complement of grounds care, snow removal and maintenance equipment. No need for associations to purchase equipment.
RETAIL SERVICES available to individual owners. USRM’s repair and maintenance division, U.S. Help, provides all services – without a service call charge – to association members on an “on-call” basis.
